A river view and only 1.5 blocks to the beach- a beautiful location where the river meets the ocean! An easy stroll to the prom and beach, located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. Charm awaits you in this beautifully decorated, newly remodeled home with great amenities- deck with barbecue, large fenced front and back yard, wood stove, and quiet sitting nook. New kitchen and bathroom and stainless steel appliances. New carpets and furniture add comfort to the living room. From wireless internet to deluxe cable TV (view on the 40' flat screen), and a well stocked kitchen, you can see we aim to offer every amenity.

You will enjoy parking the car and walking to everything. Experience bird watching in the heavily wooded back yard and shell collecting at the beach (we even provide buckets, shovels and games). You can hear the ocean - and it is a short walk to the Prom/downtown area.

Let us spoil you with our lotions, soaps, and luxury towels. Coffee and tea are always at your disposal, so just bring yourself and get ready to relax!

Biking and walking are my preferred way of getting around Seaside- everything is close in and town is flat with wide streets, perfect for biking.

We are in Seaside weekly and can generally stop by if anything is needed. We are happy to help with questions at anytime (generally available by phone from 7am to 10pm).

Response from the owner We are happy to hear you found the beds comfortable (all new in the last year as much of the furnishings as well). Our hot tub is cleaned once a week and if it isn't working or needs extra cleaning we encourage to have guests notify us at once, so we can have it serviced additional times. We have had this home for ten years and have around 70 groups a year stay here. There is usually one group a year that lets us know the other group created noise that disturbed them- we have sound proofing between units and again encourage people to notify us if anyone is not respecting noise levels. This is seldom an issue and we often stay here as well and find most groups very considerate about noise.

How do damage deposits work?
