Charming 1 bedroom house with private terrace and pool, that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Located in a small village (Chão da Parada), 5km from Sao Martinho Do Porto, this property is ideal for a romantic getaway, or for small families and groups of friends that wish to be in a nice and quiet area but not too far from everything.

The house presents an open plan setting with a well equipped lounge, dining area and kitchen.

The property has free Wi-Fi, a Blu-Ray DVD player and a USB plug.

The bedroom comes with a double bed (160x200) and there is a sofa-bed in the lounge that can sleep 2 other guests.

The terrace is very large and extremely well equipped with furniture for dining outside and sun-loungers to relax under the sun and have great private entertaining moments around the pool.

You have a private parking space for 1 car.

A travel cot can be arranged on request, in case you need it. A highchair is available for hire, please contact us for more information.

Please Note: Barbecues are not allowed at this property.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.

Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Please be aware that only bookings from guests aged 21 years or older will be accepted.

How do damage deposits work?
