Description

Villa "Isola Rossa" is located exactly over a small beach which can be directly accessed from the garden through a stair. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the small town of Teulada where you can find all you need in terms of shops, foods, pharmacy etc. The villa has easy access to several amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out, beautiful sandy beaches at a distance ranging between 7 to 20 km where you can find opportunities for several water sports (windsurf, motor boat etc), the harbour for renting boats etc.

The villa benefits from its own private garden, perfect for the children. The garden with stunning sea views is accessed from the living room, furnished with tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Beds can be arranged in various configurations, making it possible to increase the number of double or single beds. In total there are 10 beds in 4 bedrooms on two floors making the villa ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

For groups of 4 or 6 persons only the ground floor is rented, and the prices refers to the ground floor only. Groups of 8 will also use the upper floor. Couples shall enquire for prices directly to the owner.The rental fee includes: home cleaning at the beginning of the rental period, linen and towels and electricity. Final cleaning is not included (Fee : 70 euros directly to the owner). In case of guests leaving and arriving on the same day, the guests leaving the apartment are kindly request to check out at 10 am and the guest arriving are kindly request to check in at 2 pm. This is to allow the cleaning of the apartment.What is published is what you pay... no hidden charges. The Villa has two floors the ground floor has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious living room fully furnished with a fire place and the kitchen. The second floor is a mansarda with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The two master rooms in the two floors have very scenic sea view.

The garden has typical mediterranean vegetation and has parking space for 2 cars, a BBQ and has several verandas, one near the BBQ and the kitchen facing the garden and one in the front of the house facing the sea and the Isola Rossa, which changes colour depending on the light and gives the name to the Villa. Both offer shade and make it pleasant to eat outside. The garden is completely surrounded by a fence making it ideal for children. There is a outdoor shower very useful when you come back from the beach.
