Description
This villa is set in spacious gardens with an attrative pool and a roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. Sitting/dining room with fireplace, double doors open onto the covered terrace, the garden and the pool. Equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms (1 x Double 1 x Twin). The bathroom is shared by both room but the cloakroom has a shower.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE
Extra Electricity Fee applicable, per day (not included on the price).
On your departure day, you should leave the house in a reasonably clean and tidy condition so that it can be efficiently prepared for next guests (excess rubbish left on your departure and/or excess cleaning required will be deducted from your damage deposit or charged to you).

“Best of both”
Casa Lia is at the end of a quiet culdasac on a quiet road with other villas. A 10 minuet walk into Guia where there are quite a few restaurants, and a 5 minuet drive to the shopping center, which is large, the marina too is close and so are many beaches, in short a great base. If you would rather sit by your own pool in the peace and quiet then this is the place to be. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, it also has good air conditioning, which we needed even though it was mid September. We will be going back.

“Centrally located for touring the Algarve”
Booked Casa Lia in Guia and although not my first preference it was acceptable. Secure gated premises with garden, covered terrace and heated swimming pool which was beautiful and very clean. The Villa itself although a little dated is clean and functional but has only a ceiling fan in the living room for air conditioning. We had an issue with the kitchen sink waste not being connected - only noticed when water poured on to the kitchen floor but a phone call to Dinora got the matter resolved. All in all another enjoyable visit to the Algarve.
