Description
L’appartamento vacanze UMBRIA NEL CUORE si trova nel borgo medioevale di Collemancio di Cannara, a poca distanza da Assisi e dagli altri stupendi luoghi dell’Umbria. Il borgo è situato in una collina contornata da olivi che sovrasta l’intera vallata, dalla quale si scorgono i più bei scorci del nostro territorio.
La struttura sorge al piano terra in un edificio storico del 1200 sapientemente ristrutturato nel 2015. Le pareti e le volte sono interamente realizzate con pietre di epoca Etrusca e Romana.
L’accesso è direttamente sulla prima piazza all’ingresso del borgo, subito dopo l’arco storico.
L’appartamento è costituito da un monolocale di circa 40 mq. con divano letto, cucina con frigo, piano cottura ad induzione, lavastovoglie, forno a microonde e macchina del caffè con cialde.
La struttura è dotata di un magnifico bagno ricavato in una grotta, con una cabina doccia di grandi dimensioni.
Completa il tutto una cabina armadio capiente, sapientemente attrezzata ed illuminata.
La parete di fondo è stata affrescata da un noto artista del luogo, che con mano sapiente ha riprodotto i simboli storici e culturali del nostro territorio (Il Castello di Collemancio, l’area archeologia di Urvinum Hortense con i simboli dei vari ritrovamenti, l’istituzione del Terzo Ordine Francescano di San Francesco e Piandarca, luogo della predica agli uccelli del Santo di Assisi).
L’appartamento è dotato dei migliori confort e delle seguenti dotazioni:

Response from the owner Innanzitutto premettiamo che al vostro posto non avremmo fatto alcun commento visto quanto accaduto e sopratutto 9 mesi dopo !! Come ben sapete comportamento chiama comportamento, la nostra reazione è avvenuta a causa dalla messa in atto del vostro piano disonesto e truffaldino. Come segnalato prontamente a Booking voi al vostro arrivo avete mostrato un documento dove attestava l'avvenuto pagamento tramite carta di credito, cosa impossibile in quanto come indicato nel nostro profilo e nelle condizioni non abbiamo il pagamento tramite carta di credito ma solo contanti. Avete mantenuto la stessa linea, occupando indebitamente l'appartamento però poi magicamente con l'arrivo della forze dell'ordine il pagamento non era stato più fatto ed i soldi sono saltati fuori. Concludiamo dicendo che la nostra struttura è un monolocale, non è detto che il titolare deve rimanere a disposizione (avete prenotato alle 14 e siete arrivati alle 18), neanche nei grandi alberghi il titolare è presente, non per questo non viene data assistenza e soprattutto fronteggiati comportamenti scorretti da parte dei clienti.
