Maison de charme dans un environnement de calme et de verdure
Maison de famille au charme indéniable dans un environnement de calme et de verdure. Très grand confort et belle décoration. Grande piscine hors sol en bois et petit étang avec sa barque et ses canards. Proximité de la route des vins de Loire et des célèbres châteaux. La maison convient très bien à une famille avec enfants. Nombreux jeux dans le jardin, bac à sable, portique, cabane etc..Promenades en forêt en randonnées ou à bicyclette sont à proximité puisque nous sommes au coeur de la forêt d'Orléans. En juin, le festival de Sully sur Loire et en Juillet/Août nombreux sons et lumière dans les environs. Tout le confort d'une maison avec 2 chambres au rez de jardin et 3 à l'étage avec leur salle de bains ou douche. Mobilier de jardin et barbecue.

“A picture perfect holiday home”
What a find. Le Sapins is the most beautiful home with wonderful surroundings and the perfect place to spend a week with family. The children loved the pool and all the activities including the trampoline and table tennis. The house has everything you need and so much space for 10 people.
