This Luxurious 4BR duplex Holiday Home in North Goa with Indonesian interiors is a ten minutes’ drive from the Panjim bridge and is perched atop a hill, overlooking the grand vistas of the river Mandovi’s backwaters. The home offers peace and quiet with nature at your doorstep and has a contemporary design with a touch of Indonesian interiors.
A semi-private open-air pool that overlooks the backwaters is the ideal place to have an evening dip along with indulging in some fun water games. Centrally located, this vacation home serves as a perfect place to get disconnected from the world or explore all of North Goa from with close proximity to beaches, various dining options, old Goa, Panjim city, casinos, and multiple art and theatre options.

- No Smoking the rooms. Allowed in the outdoor common areas
- Please conserve water & electricity during your stay here. Kindly switch off the electronics when not in use
- Number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at time of booking
- Photo and address identification to be given at the time of booking and arrival
- Parties, loud noises and music that disturb neighbours is not permitted
- Food is prepared fresh and will not be available on an immediate basis
- Request to follow swimming pool usage and dress guidelines
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at ‘actuals’
- Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is not permitted
