Description

Casa d' Cor is an end of terrace house that was built in 2012 and offered for the first time in 2016.

With interiors and exteriors designed for comfort we welcome you to our home, which boasts an amazing roof terrace with exceptional views of the hillside in the horizon.

The house will be especially suited to couples and families looking for a tranquil residential base from which to explore the Algarve.

We operate a flexible self check-in and check-out for our guests convenience. This means that you can access and depart from the property at any time during your arrival and departure days. (Applicable to bookings received AFTER 1/5/2023. Earlier bookings should discuss their arrival and departure times to confirm we can accommodate your timings).

The house comprises a large comfortable and tastefully furnished open plan lounge/dining room complete with wood burner, Satellite TV with English language channels, dining set seating 6.

There is a twin basement bedroom and 2 first floor bedrooms (1 Kingsize and 1 twin(changing to 2x king July 2023)), both with balconies.

On the roof there is a sun terrace with patio furniture and dining table for 6. A separate utility roof terrace features a barbecue and sink combination for al-fresco dining.

A well equipped kitchen and WC on the ground floor and modern first floor bathroom with full sized bath with shower complete the house.

With the Sheraton Algarve just around the corner the location of Casa d' Cor is prime. It serves Praia do barranco, voted annually as one of the 10 best beaches in Europe.

Albufeira is the hub of holidays in the Algarve, and due to its close proximity to Casa d' cor, visitors have everything necessary for a fabulous holiday within easy reach. The beaches are a 15 minute stroll and the nightlife of Albufeira a 5-10 minute cab ride.

The localities of Roje-pe and Olhos d' Agua offer many traditional restaurants and bars, supermarkets and shops. All are within walking distance.

The area is well serviced by taxis, which offer an affordable means of transportation. Local buses will take you to Faro, Albufeira and beyond.

By far the best option in the Algarve is to hire a car and discover the many gems the Algarve has to offer.

Central to the coastline of the Algarve, Olhos d' Agua is ideally situated to explore the Algarvian province.

30 minutes drive from the capital city of Faro and the airport to the East, 45 minutes from the ancient city of Lagos to the West, and 50 minutes to the thermal baths at Monchique nestling in the hills to the North-West, Casa d' Cor provides you with an ideal base, whether you want to kick back and relax or explore the miles of unspoilt area that the Algarve has to offer.

Sun worshipping opportunities on the Algarve's golden beaches are plentiful. For those looking for that all over tan, Praia Grande can be reached in Half an hour.

House rules

We welcome younger children and also pets in our home. However extra care and supervision should be given during winter months if the log burner is in use, as this becomes extremely hot to the touch.

The house is situated in a residential environment and is most suited to families. Groups of young people by prior agreement only.

How do damage deposits work?
