A beautiful seaside apartment situated on breathtaking Laxey Beach with a direct view across Laxey Bay and the Irish Sea. This luxury second floor accommodation offers one bedroom with either a superking bed or 2 x single beds painted in beautiful farrow and ball calming coastal pastel colour. The open plan lounge & kitchen enjoying an uninterrupted view of the sea just 10 metres away through a floor to ceiling height arched window where you may be lucky enough to see dolphins, porpoises, seals and whales. You will definitely see diving gannets and cormorants. The lounge also has a luxury Willow and Hall double sofabed for extra guests. The bathroom is spacious with large shower, separate bath, marble countertop basin, light up mirror and Amtico floor. There are 32 steps at the rear of this self contained apartment suitable for ambulant disabled.

“Comfortable with view”
This top floor apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. It is ideal for a couple, provided they have no difficulty with stairs. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for relaxing sea views. Parking is easy. So top marks for the accommodation. However, a car is essential for getting anywhere. To use public transport needs a steep uphill walk.
