Like an eagle's nest overlooking the lake, Villa Gaia is located on a rock appropriately leveled.

The villa, in perfect lakestyle, was built at the end of 900 and completed in the early 2000.

The architecture blends completely with the surrounding landscape, so much so ,as that the rock derived from the leveling was used to coat the exterior walls and the columns.

Every particular has been taken care in every smallest details in order to highlight the beauty and exclusivity of this unique location.

The villa covers an area of about 400 square meters; The living area consists of a spacious living room and kitchen both open onto a large covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, sofas and armchairs, 2 double bedroom with 2 attached bathrooms,2 guest bathrooms and a large hobby room with 2 single sofa bedsThe living room leads to the loft via a wooden staircase in sight.

The sleeping area is at garden level, all rooms overlook the porch and the beautiful views offered by the Borromeo Islands.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two single rooms with shared bathroom.

The villa is equipped with modern video systems, has been designed with the most modern construction techniques.

The park outside extends to an area of over 5000 sqm terraces, linked by steps and cobblestone walkways.

The garden terraces are planted with valuable tree species , grassy areas and olive groves. From throughout the property you can enjoy a 180 degree view of Lake Maggiore.

The view stretches from the Gulf of Feriolo the city of Verbania, from Luino to the Monastery of Santa

Caterina del Sasso, and then see down on the unique spectacle offered by Fisherman and Bella Islands, and in the background Mother island.

The fireplace shown in the photo is exclusively for decorative purposes.

Catering service and chef service is available on request.

Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.

Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
