2 BEDROOM (SLEEPS 4) PENTHOUSE APARTMENT WITH LARGE PRIVATE SUN TERRACE (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUN TERRACE BELONGS TO OUR APARTMENT ONLY, IT IS NOT SHARED), 5 MINS WALK FROM RODA GOLF COURSE - SENORIO DE RODA APARTMENTS, NEAR LOS ALCAZARES
This property is situated in the peaceful village of Roda, close to the beautiful town of Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor, with its many beaches, numerous restaurants, tapas bars and cafes. Los Alcazares is a town of Spanish character, particularly the large old town, and its coastline is 7 km in length with water sports including sailing and windsurfing . The apartment is a five-minute walk from Roda Golf Course (there are also a number of other well-known golf courses in the nearby area). Roda village itself has three restaurants/bars - the Roda Cafe, Gastro Yummy Bar and Campbells Irish Bar and is a tranquil and relaxing area, perfect for families, with space for children to play.
This apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps four, (1 double room, 1 twin room) with built in wardrobes in both, air conditioning throughout. The bathroom has a bath, shower and bidet. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, washing machine and microwave. There is a diningroom table and four chairs, also a smart TV. which will support a fire stick. Bed linen and towels are provided. It has a south facing balcony off the lounge and upstairs is a very large private roof sun terrace with table and six chairs and three sun loungers. There is a large communal pool beside the apartment. There is a lift in the apartment block.
**RATE INCLUDES CLEANING AND LAUNDRY AND MEET AND GREET**.
Wifi available at no extra charge.
We have a local management company who are on hand to meet with you and hand over keys, etc. and deal with any queries you may have.
A large car park is situate very close to the apartment.
No pets allowed. No hen parties or stag parties allowed. Lead tenants should be over 21 please.

“Back again”
This was our third stay at this apartment and once again we were not disappointed. The weather was excellent with temperatures reaching 28C. We were able to use the new local supermarket which certainly was a good benefit.The local bars were welcoming and good value for money. The beach promenade in Los Alcázares allows an easy walking area with good bars and restaurants. We did need the hire car to access this walk but parking is free and plentiful. The car also allowed us to explore further afield and RODA is an excellent base for this. It was great to come back to a comfortable base and relax in the evenings. We will certainly be returning here.
