Sea Cottage House is a comfortably and elegantly furnished, fully equipped, holiday home, just outside the quaint, village of Noord Hoek, offering stunning views, overlooking the Wet Lands sea views form Noord Hoek to Kommetjie and it’s magnificent mountains from the Nature Reserve
The home is situated minutes away from beaches, The Mall, seafood and al fresco restaurants, museums and curiosity shops, Cape Point Nature Reserve, Golf course, Ostrich farm, and horse riding on Noord Hoek beach . Adventure sports such as deep -sea fishing, shark-cage diving, sea kayaking, hiking, diving or sailing, are minutes away.
We have an entertainment room, pool table, indoor braai, etc., as well as offering a Jacuzzi, pool, full DSTV, wireless internet and fully main equipped kitchen. Towels, bedding and all utilities are provided and house is serviced on a weekly basis. (Daily servicing can also be arranged).
5 bedrooms: Main bedroom en suite with King bed, with bathroom (baths and showers).
Lounge with fireplace, leading onto swimming pool with Jacuzzi and outdoor entertainment and garden area.
The house has a remote gate, is fully alarmed and has ample parking.

Response from the owner Hi Morne van Kerwel, Let’s get a few facts strait; 3 years ago you had a booking at my house, book in date 26 August 2016 to 28 August 2016. Recently you wanted to book again and i refused your booking so this is why after 3 years you want to give my house a bad review. So the facts are , yes there was urine stain from one of your guest in the walk in cupboard, they PEED all over the carpet, before your guest booked out they placed a wet bathroom towel over the PEE stein to camouflage it. i took a photo and sent it to you ,you were invited back to come view and test the urine stain, but declined, you apologized at that stage for your drunk guest, i told you i have to get the carpet cleaned , you agreed, check your email date 29 August 2016 Then there was no middle man as i am the owner, so what’s doggie about that Then for the book out time i live on the property in the second house ,so you would not have waited for me , Then the CCTV camera you inquired about it on the 27/06.2016 i told you where they are installed and its to protect my property, after that you made your booking Then the cleaning agent you referring about, i asked if you knew where it is and you told me, as it was in a obscure location regards Anton
