For Christmas and new year bookings please contact us first.
Originally built as a grain and straw store this barn has great character with its large full height windows and exposed beams. The open plan layout makes it suitable for large family gatherings and this barn can also be linked with Pentney Barn which sleeps six. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding countryside whilst one of the twin rooms is on the ground floor with private ensuite wet room and is suitable for wheel chair access, but the garden does have a step to the upper patio level.
Fully equipped kitchen with range oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth dab radio with iPod dock.
Living room with 50” TV, Blu-ray dvd, surround sound. Separate extra living area off kitchen with extra tv and seating.
Downstairs toilet
Upstairs - 3 King size bedrooms with ensuite bath and shower rooms, 1 Twin bedroom with bath and shower ensuite. Each bedroom has a TV.
Downstairs – 1 twin bedroom with wet room ensuite.
This barn can be linked with Pentney Barn that sleeps six. Patios areas can be link too.
Adjoining door to Pentney Barn is sound proofed.
Private patio area with table, chairs and BBQ in courtyard.
Two lawn areas to the front of the property with patios.
Woodburner with basket full of logs.
