Our change over days are Monday and Friday.

For Christmas and new year bookings please contact us first.

Originally used as the dairy this barn has great character with an open plan layout, exposed beams and gallery landing. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. Mr Pentney worked on the farm for over 40 years and his widow still lives in the village of Bodham. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard, whilst the twin room is on the ground floor with private ensuite wet room and is suitable for wheel chair access, the front garden does have a step to the upper level whilst the courtyard patio is all on one level.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth dab radio with iPod dock.

Living room with 50” TV, Blu-ray dvd, surround sound.

Downstairs – 1 twin bedroom with wet room en-suite. Wet room can be locked from bedroom to be a downstairs wet room or locked from living area to be a en-suite.

Upstairs - 2 King size bedrooms with en-suite bath and shower rooms, both bedrooms have a TV.

This barn can also be linked with Sparks Barn that sleeps ten. Patios areas can be link too.

Adjoining door to Sparks Barn is sound proofed.

Private patio area with table, chairs and BBQ, in courtyard. Lawn area to the front of the property with patio too.

Wood burner with basket full of logs.

Beautiful flint buildings, peaceful and relaxing. Very well equipped. No problems, everything worked. A warm welcome on arrival. Will definitely visit again. Beautiful view from rear garden to open field and a track.

If Pat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
