Description

Staithe Farm cottage is a recently refurbished annex between the owners Grade 2 listed farmhouse and a neighbouring Grade 2 listed barn in a conservation area in the pretty village of Langley located close to Langley Staithe, on the fringe of the Broads National Park. This is an ideal quiet holiday venue offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Cycle Route 1 and fantastic fishing on the renowned river Yare.

There are no street lights and the mobile phone signal is variable!

There is a small private seating area to the front of the cottage.

Langley is just 2.5 miles from Loddon with pubs, supermarket, chemist, launderette, various take aways/restaurants, doctor/dentist and 12 miles from the well regarded historic shopping city of Norwich.

A car is not essential unless visits are to be made to the numerous beaches on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. The lovely town of Southwold is a comfortable 35 minutes away.

Property contains an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV/DVD, hair dryer, iron & small ironing board, electric shower, electric room heater, heated towel rail and central heating from the main house.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Minimum booking is 3 nights.

I am a BBKA Qualified Beekeeper and offer on-site training individually or to a couple. Please contact me for details and prices.

Please ventilate shower room after use.
The foul water goes to a septic tank. Only natural waste and tissue provided down toilet so no cotton buds/baby wipes etc please. The same applies to the kitchen, so no tea leaves, coffee grounds, waste food or fat. Any items specified should be disposed of in the bin provided. Thank you.
