Description

In the medieval city centre with walking distance to beach & sightseeing,near the Synagogue ,Mediterranean sea and city center .The house enfolds 80 square meters, on two floors new- lovingly restored semidetached house. On the ground floor (open plan house ) , a living room with a sleeping sofa 1,40 x 1,90 ,TV & SAT,fire place, door to the patio /garden with a cosy sitting and sun shade -the kitchen area with fridge-freezer, stove, washing machine, micro wave and the dinning area.

The first floor offers an open bedroom (air condition)the bed is 1.80 x 2.00 with en-suite round bath tab and bidet . The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels, bedding, hair dryer, iron and boards, TV, DVD, wireless Internet connection for your laptop. In this very quiet part of town are located old churches, private homes adjacent to the streets.The house is surrounded by high stone wall and is therefore privacy is granted .The patio is separated by a wooden fence to the side by side property .The house offers it's own entrance and terrace- ideal for single travellers who wish their privacy in a secured envoirment as the owner live next door and happy to assist for any circumstance.

The locating of the house is perfect for your holidays with your family with 2 kids under 10 years as the beach, Museums,restaurants and night life are in walking distance,so a car is not necessary. The bus station of the Mandraki harbour is 10 min walk away and with direction to all sightseeing on Rhodes Island.Perhaps this versatile face of this beautiful city, which gives our house a special character.

The street in front of the house is named Ekatonous - very close to the moat of the medieval city where the open air Theatre holds during the summer month some concerts.
