A moradia (construída no ano de 1934, alvo de intervenção no ano de 2015) localizada na Costa da Laurissilva, no Sítio da Terra Chã, com vistas sobre a vila de São Vicente na Ilha da Madeira (a 5 minutos a pé da mesma vila).
Encontra-se a 30 minutos da cidade do Funchal e a 45 minutos do aeroporto.
A propriedade tem uma área total de 5050 m2, onde é exercida uma atividade agrícola para consumo, com muitas árvores de fruta e loureiros. Uma atividade que está contemplada na atividade agrícola, é a cultura da vinha para consumo (a tradicional vinha Jaqué e a vinha morangueiro, tradicionalmente conhecido por uva americana no Arquipélago da Madeira). O vinho é produzido no lagar da propriedade, um lagar de vara e fuso, e posteriormente guardado na Adega/Museu Garcês.
Os clientes à chegada são brindados com um vinho produzido na propriedade. Existe um dia na semana em que é feita uma prova dos vinhos produzidos na propriedade.
Na propriedade existe uma churrascaria tradicional madeirense (com forno, zona de churrasco e lar) para ser usada pelos clientes.
Existe um serviço de bicicletas (adulto e criança), para poderem os clientes visitar o interior da vila e arredores.
Sistema de Wi fi gratuito no interior e exterior da propriedade, com computador na biblioteca/sala de leitura.
Os quartos têm ar-condicionado e TV plasma.
Possibilidade de preparação de refeições, nas cozinhas todas equipadas, até com máquina de lavar loiça e máquina de café.

A propriedade fica a 3 minutos de carro das Grutas e Centro de Vulcanismo de São Vicente, da farmácia, supermercado, zona de restauração, correios e do mar.
A diária apresentada é para duas pessoas por noite, acresce o mesmo valor por cada casal extra, até ao número indicado de lotação.

Da der Raum im ersten Stock etwas dunkles ist, da wir die Reben vor uns haben, haben wir zu dieser Jahreszeit keine großen Alternativen, es wird viel klarer, wenn das Blatt der Reben veraltet ist, es ist Natur. In Bezug auf den Geruch von Feuchtigkeit, der sich manchmal bemerkbar macht, haben wir es bereits gelöst, danke für die Aufmerksamkeit! Ja der Platz, da es keinen internen Ofen gibt, ist die Lösung, den Holzofen im Steakhouse zu verwenden. Alles Gute für dich! aufmerksam Elda Garcês und Leonel Dias
