Spacious (110 m2) modern three bed two bath apartment in the popular Puerto Marina development close to the heart of town.

Fancy a night out? Dozens of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Fancy a night in? Fully equipped kitchen, 48 inch TV with UK channels, internet, XBox360 with games, DVDs etc all in the apartment.

Like the beach? You can stroll to the beach and promenade in 8 to 10 minutes

Prefer the pool? 3 pools on site, each with a shallow area for children and two with ramp access for those with less mobility.

Beautifully furnished in modern style with air conditioning/heating, and a balcony overlooking the pool.

En-suite shower room to master bedroom plus a full family bathroom along with well presented dining and living areas make this apartment an ideal destination for a holiday in the sun.

Having a car is not necessary as Murcia airport is only a few minutes taxi drive away and all essential facilities are available within walking distance of the apartment (including three supermarkets within about 5 minutes walk).

Golf, go-karts, watersports, padel, shopping malls, etc are all in easy reach if you do choose to have a car, along with the beautiful local beaches and towns of Cartagena, Alicante, Murcia and the Mar Menor strip.

Aircon and cleaning are included in the price. Pool/beach towels are available (free of charge) upon request.

Getting around

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach are all within a short walk. You will need a car (or taxi) to get to the larger shopping centres of Dos Mares and Espacio Mediterraneo which are about 20 minutes' drive away. Busses operate along the coastal road and into Murcia City.

Our local property manager will meet you at the apartment to hand over keys, show how use the aircon, etc and will be available for any issues during your stay.

“Modern apartment”

Just had a great week here, the apartment was in lovely condition. Everything was nice and clean on arrival, and Linda the key holder was more than helpful Everything you needed for a self catering holiday was in the apartment and the addition of beach towels and sun loungers was just perfect. Only downside was the internet not working for most of the week but it didn't affect our trip.
