Beautiful Marina Views - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Sleeps 4

Perfectly located with bars, cafes, restaurants, boats trips, ten pin bowling, karting and segway hire all within very easy reach. Albufeira Old Town is a 20 minute walk along the stunning coastal road where there are many more bars, restaurants, shops and beach.

The pool has a shallow end which is 1.5 metres deep and the deep end is 3 metres deep. Sunbeds are around the pool available for anybody to use. There is a changing room, shower and bathroom available close to the pool.

The apartment is 2nd floor and has a lift, there is videophone access and the complex is security gated with 24 hour security.

The apartment is fully equipped, modern and spacious for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It has been redecorated and re-furbished and is newly on the holiday let market.

Lounge

The lounge is spacious with a large window with views to the side and patio doors leading to the balcony with marina views. There is 2 sofas, one which convert to sofa bed a dining room table with seating for four, a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. We have a selection of DVDs to view.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, hob with full sized oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. It has a window and door with a balcony which makes it very light and airy.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a large mirror and vanity area with toilet, bidet and bath with a shower above it. Bath towels are provided but beach towels are not.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, fitted double wardrobes with a security safe in it and a full length mirror. Hairdryer is supplied for use.

There is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Parking

There is a secure underground parking space for one car, with a lift from the car park up to the apartment floor.

There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service locally and to the bus station which allows you to travel further.

There is a taxi rank opposite which is very convenient.

Supermarkets

A new Spar supermarket has opening on the Marina which is perfect for all your requirements, no need for a car! Also a small supermarket is located very close by for your essentials, for a bit more choice there is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk which has a good range or you can go by bus or taxi to the Aldi and Lidl which are a short drive away.

“Fantastic views and location”

We have just spent 10 days at this apartment. We found it fantastic from the moment we arrived. The apartment had everything you would need if your looking for a holiday with a home from home environment, the facilities were excellent and it was clean and well kept. The location could not have been better as pubs, bars. restaurants and lots of water activities were so easily accessed. Albufeira old town was in easy walking distance but if did not feel like walking there was a train, tuk tuk or a taxi right outside. We highly recommend this apartment it was also great value for money for what was on offer

Spent a week in this one bed apartment. I must say very surprised at how spacious it is, only being a one bed. Extremely well laid out and definite not cramped. Fantastic views of Marina from balcony which was ideal size as only the two of us. Balcony hot the sun from around noon till after 8.00 pm in the evening, definitely best hours of the day as some apartments got a lot less and some got little or no sun after lunch time. Would defenitely go back as it was very clean, excellent locale, close to everything. Must recommend coffee shop across the road, coffee and apple ple for breakfast was delish. Mini market a few doors up and also a Spar on marina front for fresh bread, pizza and made up rolls along with a fine selection of beers, wines and beverages. Plenary eating places on marina and everyone so polite and helpful. The only downside would be their is no real aircon. This consisted of two small units which were no where near big enough or strong enough for the amount of space in the apartment and made sleep uncomfortable at night. Also no Wi-Fi. There is s Marina Wi-Fi but even though I emailed owner a few times and also the agents no-one returned my email trying to find out passwords. Please also note this is constructive criticism and absolutely not putting the place down. A couple of extra fans would have made all the difference as would a Wi-Fi connection. I would like to thank those involved with the apartment for having us and very professional in the booking process John& Alison Crisp
