Description

Our front line golf apartment offers the highest standards of accommodation, including two luxury bedrooms, open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. A perfect retreat for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying alfresco dining on our spacious balcony as the sun sets over the golf course and the mountains beyond.

Apart from the golf course itself there are a host of other facilities such as a pro-shop, driving range, golf academy, changing facilities and locker rooms.

The swimming pools are amazing! Within a minutes walk of the apartment block you will find three very large swimming pools, one of which provides a kiddies pool.

There is a large well stocked Supermarket only a few minutes walk from the apartment.

A new bar/restaurant called El Cason has just recently opened with a varied menu available in both choice and price. A good selection of meat, fish & paella dishes are available

The Dovecot Bar 'El Palomar' is situated very close by also. This provides stunning views of the resort and lake whilst watching the golfers and enjoying a refreshing cold drink.

All of the facilities mentioned above are less than 5 mins walk from the apartment block

Sports facilities are also available within the resort. These include an outdoor gym, tennis courts, paddle courts and a sports court for a variety of activities including football. This area is approximately 10/15 mins walk.

Only 15 minutes drive away, the local towns and sandy beaches of San Pedro, San Javier and Los Alcazares can be found. Offering an array of seafront restaurants, palm lined paseos for strolling by the sea and lovely beaches with clear blue waters. The historical cities of Murcia & Cartagena are both within easy reach by car or by train, allowing you to visit the spectacular cathedral in Murcia or discover the rich naval history of the port of Cartagena.

“Absolutely fabulous”

The apartment was really lovely, cosy and relaxing and supplied everything you could need, the views were exceptional. We were so impressed with the detail given to the tidiness and cleanliness across the complex, very well maintained. The swimming pools were fabulous! there is really nice restaurants and bars and a shop that has all your needs, if this isn't enough a short journey can take you to all the shops, clubs and food outlets you could want!! Going back this year!

“Superb !!”

What a find!, I only had time for a short three day break and this was perfect as it was only a 15 minute drive from Murcia airport to the resort. First impression of the apartment was how clean & tidy it was and before I’d even had a chance to unpack I found myself sat on the terrace watching the golfers tee off, how relaxing. I would definitely recommend using the underground car park as getting into a cool car on a hot day is a massive bonus. Having a huge swimming pool so close to the apartment is fantastic. All other facilities are within a short stroll as well, what more could you want? More time there! My next visit will definitely be for longer, without question. Top drawer…..thanks

“A quality relaxing Holiday”

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for 9 nights in September. The apartment was very modern, clean and spacious. The outside terrace was half covered giving a sun shade when required, perfect for eating outside, especially with a little one. The whole complex is huge and very well looked after. The swimming pools were great, never crowded, there were probably only 3 other families/groups of people using the swimming pool when we were there. A 5 minute walk away is an onsite supermarket which was reasonably priced and very well stocked. There is also an onsite restaurant/bar where the food was good and not too badly priced. A car is highly recommended if you want to explore the area as the complex is quite remote and public transport cannot be relied on. You will also need a car if you want to visit the local beaches, which were lovely. The nearest local village is Sucina, which is approximately 50 mins walk from the complex, but seemed like 2 hours when walking in the heat! There are a variety of very good restaurants to choose from in Sucina, especially the Indian called Taj where you can eat in or take away. We would definitely go back again and again! An ideal holiday for a good relax in quality accommodation
