Stunning 4 bedroom house, situated within the urbanization of Audiencia, next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt East Algarve, 15 km from Tavira and 8km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is three minutes walk (300 metres)from the superb sandy beach and two restaurants and a cafe/bar. The house is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national natural reserve of pine trees. It is a beautiful, comfortable house, with a traditional Portuguese feel,laid out over two floors with terraces overlooking the garden and reserve. It boasts views over the pine forested national park and towards the sea, and is luxuriously furnished throughout its four bedrooms, large living room and dining area, together with a large well appointed open plan kitchen. The beautiful Ria Formosa.: The Ria Formosa in the Algarve is a beautiful labyrinth of lagoons separated from the sea by a coastal dune system which is broken up by various natural inlets. It is one of the most important nature reserves in the network of wetlands that links Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. The Ria has an enormous variety of natural habitats that provide refuge, feeding and breeding areas for an infinite number of flora and fauna and is a haven for birds.

The beaches of the isles of Faro, Barreta, Culatra, Armona and Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the dunes, sometimes just a narrow strip and sometimes wider and then come the labyrinth of lagoons and small sand islands and channels. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered forming marches and salt marshes.

A wintering ground for many migratory birds. The Estuary has an enormous variety of natural habitats and biotopes that provide refuge, feeding or breeding areas for an infinite number of organisms.

“Excellent stay!”

Very nice house very near the beach. We stay with four children and the space was perfect for all. The swimming pool helps having fun in the afternoon and there are nearby paths for walking. there is a barbacue and is possible to have dinner outside just by the pool. Facilities nearby. Strongly recomended.
