Modern apartment of 46 m2, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor secured by an armored door and alarm, well insulated (double glazing and electric shutters) in a recent residence.
Located on the edge of Cap d'Antibes and Juan les Pins, in the quiet district of Ilette, 100 meters on foot from the Ponteil public beach and 200 meters from the Salis public beach
Many shops and restaurants are present nearby.
A free shuttle can take you to the city center of Antibes and Juan les Pins for shopping.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, double beds 140x190 with plenty of storage.
A large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, comfortable leather sofas, television)
The living room communicates through a large bay window to a space for private indoor use, terrace and garden of about 10 square meters where it is possible to take meals.
The air conditioning unit is located on the private outdoor area behind the wooden palisade.
