Comfortable apartment ** THE ORANGE-TREE for 4 persons in country house. Quiet place. Sandy beach at 9 km (20 minutes by car). Supermarket and shops 850 meters site location is.

 quiet place. 9 km of sandy beaches (25 minutes drive) and 12 km from the center of Cannes. A 15-minute drive from the motorway exit Mandelieu to Nice, Monaco or Frejus. A 50-minute drive from Nice airport. Shops and bus stop 850 m. modern kitchen. Separate toilet and bathroom. Lots of storage. 50 m garden with swings and meadow. No air conditioning but fans. Pets not allowed. Free WIFI.

House rules

Deposit of 200 € to be paid on arrival which will be returned on departure if the apartment is in good condition (inventory made on arrival and departure). The owner asks the smoking tenants to open the windows when they smoke so as not to disturb future tenants and to make the apartment clean and in good condition. Noisy parties are not allowed. Tenants must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.

“Lovely apartment”

Friendly owner, well equipped, easy parking, beautiful views. Would definitely return.g good laundry facilities, plenty of tourist info. Perfect base for exploring both the coast and inland.

En ce qui concerne le bruit, je pense que ma famille sera plus vigilante dans le futur. Comme excuses, on peut signaler les J.O de Rio qui ont poussé mon mari et mon fils en ce mois d'août à rester éveillés tard et à être un peu plus bruyant que d'habitude , il y a aussi ma fille de 4 ans qui profitait du fait que son papa était réveillé pour se coucher plus tard. How do damage deposits work?
