Saltaire in DUCK is a beautiful Victorian Vacation Rental / Elevator, sleeps 16. Outdoor Bar, Big Gas Grill, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Putting Green & Playground. Built a few years ago to look and feel just like a true Carolina Classic. 6 master suites, 7206 SF, English Style Bar Room, Extra Large Living Room, Dining Room, Gourmet Kitchen / 3 full size refrigerators & Commercial gas stove. Huge Game Room with big theater screen, full size Pool table, Foose ball, TX Hold’em Poker table, Bar, Shuffle Board, Air Hokey & Ping Pong Table.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 5/7 to 9/20. This house receives beachside cabana and beach chair set-up services during your stay. Service includes one 10 x 10 cabana tent and 6 beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10AM to 5 PM daily, (except check in/out day). Weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances.

The incredible Saltaire Mansion sits on a beautifully landscaped large corner property in the heart of the quaint Duck Village. The most coveted prime real estate in the entire Outer Banks.

This magnificent home & estate provides you with the best location in all of Duck, OBX, NC to stroll to everything this beautiful village has to offer.

The Ocean is at the end of our street with no roads to cross & it's own private access making it easy to take our coolers, surf & boogie boards, kayak, umbrellas & beach chairs to the beach with you that we provide.

The large trees and superb professional landscaping makes you feel as if your destination a secluded country estate. There is a Playground for the kids and Putting Green for the golfers.

Relax poolside or sit in the built in pool Jacuzzi to babysit the kids. Rainy spring day melt away in the large hot tub inside the poolside gazebo. Enjoy refreshing beverages at the outdoor bar /mini kitchen. A Large Gas Grill is located right next to the bar area. Meander in the gardens and relish an old fashion game of croquet or badminton.

Saltaire and our other 2 homes have a Fri. to Fri. change over day to save you 5 hours in weekend change over traffic. No matter who you rent from stay away from Sat. or Sunday change over days.

ROOMS:

The first floor includes a formal Dining Room with full length of the room banquet server.

A manly Man’s Pub Room. Decorated in dark wood paneling & fine leather furniture that offers a home theater system, fireplace and large custom-built bar, discretionary poker game & half bath.

Gourmet Kitchen with three stainless steel refrigerators, gourmet gas range/1 gas oven & 1 electric oven, 6 burners and grill along with other amenities. Perfect for fixing up a gourmet meal. Several coffee pots, micro, large toaster oven and everything else you imagine.

Incorporated into the spacious Living Room is a special round room with the Historic grand piano that Liberace played on. Sip champagne while relaxing in front of your second cozy fireplace during winter months.

Two sets of Stained Glass French doors open to a view of the property’s landscaped gardens. Enjoy your cool shaded large wrap around covered porch & outdoor wet bar any time of the year. A half bathroom is located poolside along with an outdoor shower. Want even more places to relax, just take a few steps down to the large pool with a decked courtyard, umbrella outdoor dining & lounge chairs. Swimming season is prolonged if you choose the heated pool option.

The third floor boasts five elegant Guest Suites will full baths & all are decorated with fine antique touches. The rooms are spacious and comfortable so that guests may settle in for a week with the feeling of warmth & luxury. The largest suite has a king bed, sitting area, crib and changing table. 3 other master bedrooms have a Queen size beds. A 5th bedroom has a queen and 2 twins and sleeps 4.

The bottom floor features a Theater Room with a 72" television with theater system that is perfect for watching the big game.

In addition this huge Family Room offers a fourth full size refrigerator, third wet bar full size pool table, large Texas Holdem’ poker table for 10, foosball table, shuffle board table. Adjoining area has a ping pong table and air hokey games. It can easily keep all your friends and relatives happy at the same time.

A spacious 6th Bedroom Suite sleeps 4 with a queen bed and 2 twin day beds, large bathroom with a super giant Jacuzzi tub & large steam shower.

Yet with all the great landscapping and tall trees you feel like you are out in the country tucked away int a private estate. STUNNING SUNSETS, NATURAL BEAUTY, SOUNDSIDE ACTIVITIES, AMAZING MUSIC, FAMILY FUN The Town Park features 11 acres of natural beauty including trails through the maritime forest and willow swamp, open green space, sound side views, and access to the Duck Boardwalk. The Duck Boardwalk extends nearly a mile along the Currituck Sound and can be accessed from the Town Park and other locations throughout the Town’s Village Commercial District.

Great place - huge and well appointed. Lots of fun things to do in the area. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware to feed 25+ if desired. 3 huge fridges!
