Description
Pumpkin Cottage is the perfect Peak District getaway. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and dog owners The lounge has two comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs. A log burner , for those cosy nights in. TV and fibre WIFI. A well equipped kitchen, with fridge, toaster, cooker and microwave . The washing machine is housed the outbuilding, which is big enough to store cycles should you wish to bring them with you. We supply all the essentials you need for an enjoyable stay.
A lovely enclosed garden making it safe for dogs and children, with patio furniture, plus extra seating in other parts of the garden so you can enjoy the sun no matter what time of day it is.
Two double bedrooms, with 100% cotton bedding, feather duvets and lovely fluffy towels. A nice modern bathroom, with shower and bath. The cottage is centrally heated

Response from the owner Thank you Gabbi for your review. I am very pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. I amsorry you had issues with then shower, we have made some adjustments there. We have an arrangement with the Farmyard Inn, all our visitors are allowed to park there and as a bonus short term parkiing allowed directly across from cottage so great for loading/unlaoding . I am very sorry you found the beds too hard, we decided to go for supportive mattressesrather than soft and I do appreciate these may not be suitabke for all . We have replaced the sofas so I do hope they will be much more comfortable .

“Great cottage”
Excellent cottage, comfy warm and clean. Beds nice and comfy, kitchen well equipped, wine and milk a nice touch. Loved the village and the farmyard pub, great dog walks.

“Lovely cottage”
Pumpkin cottage is a lovely property in the village of youlgreave. Has all the amenities you would require and Jane was really helpful. Would definitely book again. Only negative, and I don't believe this was due to Jane, but a charge was added to our booking for a dog which we didn't require, and we couldn't find any contact details for TripAdvisor/Holiday lettings in order to get this refunded.

“Cosy cottage in the heart of Youlgrave”
We had a lovely time here : pubs shops and fantastic walking trails right outside the door. The cottage was warm and comfortable.
