Situated just 20 feet from the water, breathtaking views of the ocean, pool, St. John and British Virgin Island beach directly from our patio and balcony on second floor.

New owners purchased this amazing 1BR condo after full renovation in 2015. This is a BRAND NEW Eco-friendly ultra-modern New York designer decorated two floor duplex condo located in the building D at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. It is completely renovated (Dec 2014) including all new flooring, a new modern kitchen, new baths, new Tempur-pedic King bed and a cheerfully decorated interior. Included are FREE: high-speed WiFi, HBO and Showtime, snorkel sets, parking in front of the condo, linens, towels (in condo) and beach chair rental.

Our condo is situated RIGHT ON a one-and-half mile long white-sand Sapphire Beach overlooking the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy panoramic breathtaking views from both private balconies while overlooking Caribbean Islands of St. John (USVI) and Tortola, British Virgin Islands (BVI’s) on horizon.

Our gorgeous white-sand Sapphire Beach is loaded with activities like swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. Our guests has unlimited access to a large and lovely multi-tiered child friendly swimming pool and free beach chair rentals. A fully equipped dive shop sits right on the beach making available all the toys you can think of – including wind-surfing boards, floats and sea kayaks among others. A few steps in the other direction and you are at the marina with access to all sorts of boating, fishing, sunset dinner cruises and trips to British Virgin Islands and other water sports activities. There is a beach shack serving special Caribbean drinks and food all day long. Local restaurant and wending machines are walking distance.

Our 1BR two-story 'villa' is almost twice the floor space as the the other suites on Sapphire Beach. Our unit is a spacious, fully remodeled, duplex 1BR villa where you can leave the wide sliding glass doors open and listen to the ocean all day/night long. But, if you want bars and parties, this IS NOT the place for you. If you want Paradise, OUR CONDO IS the place for you.
