Description
Mill cottage is a stunning property located on a Sussex “twitten” within the heart of the Steyning conservation area and available for business trips or holiday lets of a week or more as well as short breaks during mid-low seasons.
It has been refurbished to a high standard in its own contemporary and distinctive style yet retaining the cottage character and offers easy access to the town centre and within an easy bus ride to the cosmopolitan city of Brighton and walking distance of the South Downs National Park.
Mill cottage is a one-bedroomed cottage oozing with charm and quaintness . All beams and low ceilings adds to the experience and as well as the gorgeous interiors the cottage boasts a private but separate patio garden suitable for those long summer evenings.
The cottage is suitable for two guests and well behaved pets are welcome.Weekly stays are welcome but I would prefer no saturday check in's unless by prior arrangement with the owner who will be happy to help.

House rules
Also due to the quirky nature, age of the cottage it may not be suitable for tall people and the elderly/infirm as the ceiling heights ,stairs are qlow/steep /difficult to negotiate.
Longer stays are only available in mid/low season i.e November – Mid Feb/Half Term excluding Xmas/New Year holidays.

“Mills Cottage”
Donna and I really enjoyed our 3/4 week stay. Fiona was friendly welcoming and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed and was fully equipped and had loads of character. We were sad to leave.
