Villa of 150 m² located in a landscaped garden of 1600 m², with 3 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms, sleeps 7 people. The cozy living room has a large fireplace and has all the facilities for a comfortable stay, such as TV, DVD, WIFI, etc. The fully equipped kitchen leads into the dining room. The bedrooms have one kingsize bed, two double beds and one single bed. One bathroom has a bathtub and double sink, the other bathroom has a shower. Outside you can enjoy the sun by the large swimming pool of 7 x 10 meter with lounges and garden furniture, eat lunch or barbecue on the covered terrace. Within the fenced garden is parking space for 3 cars. The garden is accessed via an electrically lockable gate. The sea and the beach are at 12 km and the center can be reached within 1 km. There is a golf course at 23 km, you can ride horse at 5 km, play tennis at 2 km and enjoy skiing at 90 km.
