Here is a guest bedroom with bathroom and WC, balcony overlooking pool and garden. The bedroom has a double bed 160 and a comfortable sofa bed for a child under 12 years. (Supplement of 15 euros / night. A folding cot is also available (extra 5 euros / night). Kettle and coffee machine available. When both houses are rented for the same period, the bathroom is shared between travelers. Situated in Lorgues, an hour from the beaches of St Raphael, Ste Maxime, St Tropez and the Verdon Gorges, the house enjoys a quiet and natural environment. Quick access to the A8 Cannet des Moors to get to Nice or Marseille in 90 minutes. the rooms are located on the first floor of the house, surrounded by a wooded park of 6000 m2, equipped with a swimming pool with large sundeck and pool house. How do damage deposits work?
