Nella pace bucolica della campagna umbra, circondato da una proprietà di 4 ettari, un casale dotato di 2 camere da letto e 1 camera di sgombero, 3 bagni, 2 salotti, saletta da pranzo e cucina, ( 180 metri quadrati) può ospitare 3 persone, che troveranno il massimo comfort e la giusta privacy per trascorrere una vacanza d'elite. La casa è situata ad 1 chilometro da Castiglione del Lago (Perugia) antica cittadina del Trasimeno, dall' artistico centro storico e munita di centri commerciali, ospedale, piscina e spiagge. Perfettamente ristrutturata ed arredata, dotata di riscaldamento centrale permette di visitare tutte le principali città d'arte dell' Umbria e della Toscana, inoltre con il treno si raggiungono Firenze e Roma in un' ora e mezza. Ideale per viaggi di nozze e per un soggiorno con un neonato (forniamo lettino completo di tutto), essendoci un giardino recintato, potete anche portare il vostro cane o il vostro gatto. Diamo inoltre la possibilità di avere un'automobile con autista che vi viene a prendere all'arrivo agli aeroporti di Fiumicino, Ciampino, Firenze e Perugia Sant'Egidio. In loco c'è la possibilità di affittare un'automobile e di averla a disposizione davanti a casa al vostro arrivo. Considerate anche la possibilità di trascorrere le vacanze di Natale in un luogo di pace e tranquillità. Vi aspettiamo con una bottiglia di Grechetto in fresco per brindare e darvi il benvenuto al lago Trasimeno.

In der idyllischen Landschaft Umbriens inmitten eines 4 ha grossen Grundstuecks liegt das Landhaus bestehend aus 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Abstellraum, 3 Badezimmern, 2 Wohnzimmern, Esszimmer und Kueche (insg. 180 m2), ausgerichtet fuer 3 Personen. Das Haus liegt 1km entfernt von Castiglione del Lago (Perugia), eine kleine alte Stadt am Lago Trasimeno mit einem malerischen Stadtkern, Supermaerkten, Krankenhaus, Schwimmbad und Straenden. Das perfekt restaurierte Haus verfuegt ueber Zentralheizung und ist komplett eingerichtet. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die mittelalterlichen Staedte Umbriens und der Toskana zu besuchen. Florenz und Rom sind per Zug in anderthalb Stunden zu erreichen. Ideal fuer Hochzeitsreisen und Ferien mit einem Kleinkind(Kinderbett kann zur Verfuegung gestellt werden). Hund und Katze sind willkommen, da der Garten komplett eingezaeunt ist. Des weiteren kann ein Auto mit Fahrer organisiert werden, um die Gaeste an den Flughaefen Rom Fiumicino, Ciampino, Florenz und Perugia Sant'Egidio in Empfang zu nehmen. Vor Ort besteht die Moeglichkeit einen Leihagen anzumieten, der am Haus bereitgestellt werden kann.Erwaegen Sie auch die Moeglichkeit, die Weihnachtsferien in einem friedvollen Ort zu verbringen und alle schoenen Weihnachtskrippen und volkstuemlichen Veranstaltungen Umbriens zu besuchen wie auch Tagesausfluege nach Florenz und Rom in ihrer magischen Weihnachtsatmosphaere zu planen.
