This end-terrace cottage is in a cul-de-sac in the centre of Monmouth and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Kymin View is an end-terrace cottage in a cul-de-sac in the centre of Monmouth. The cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and electric stove. Outside there is off road parking, bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with decking, furniture and a barbecue. Very close to the local amenities of Monmouth, Kymin View provides a lovely base for a group of friends or a family.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with decking, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk.
Please note: Both bedrooms now have TV with DVD player.

Town: An intriguing market town on the border between Wales and England and close to the exceptional Offas Dyke, this wonderful town combines old and new, from the old castle ruins to the vibrant weekly market. Located at the confluence of 3 rivers the Wye, the Monnow and the Trothy, it is an excellent base to enjoy river boating, scenic walks and a little shopping too, or to sit and relax on the edge of the river and watch the rowers who regularly race and practise their skills.
