The apartment is fully equipped, kitchen includes electric domestic appliances (microwave, gas cooker, oven, toaster, expresso machine, fridge and freezer, fume extractor and washing machine for clothes). Lift providing access to all floors and the garage, video intercom. Luxury finishes through out. An idylic location, very close to restaurantes, coffee shops, bars, pubs, town center and shopping.
