Description

An ideal villa for families with children, couples or even a group of friends. Private swimming pool, Barbecue, Terrace, Ping pong and parking. Located in the Water Eye center. A 5 minute walk from the villa there Restaurants, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank, Taxi rank and bus stop. The beach water eyes that is the closest is a 7 minute walk. This beautiful villa is spread by 3 floors.

Lower ground level: 2 double bedrooms ensuite.

Games area and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Ground floor: Large Hall area with storage facilities, double bedroom, bathroom including shower, modern well equipped kitchen with door access to the back garden, large dining area with 2 sets of double doors to the back garden, large living room with double doors to the front of the house.

One bedroom with two single beds where we can provide also a cot or extra bed.

First Floor: Large master bedroom with single sofa-bed, a bathroom including bath and separate

shower, large triple bedroom (double & single beds) we provide a cot and a extra bed, with a separate bathroom with shower. Large Double bedroom with a double sofa-bed with bathroom. All bedrooms has private balconies.Outside: Leisure area with terrace/patio with table and chairs, barbeque, swmming pool, sun beds and shades, garden with orange and lemon trees. Sun terraces to the front and rear of the villa, electronic vehicle access system and manual pedestrian access which can be locked, providing a safe environment for children to play in.

March, April, May free of charge

June to October the price is 200€ per week.

In walking distance you will find all you need to enjoy your holidays. However to go to another places like the old town in Albufeira, the strip (Oura), Marina of Vilamoura, you find at your service taxis, public bus, tourist bus.

The guest will expect from us REP to hand them the keys, explain everything in the Villa. Give them information about the zone and flyers of activities to do, as well the prices. We will always be available during your stay to help you with everything that the guest needs.
