Description

At the heart of the chateaux of the Loire 4 km from Chenonceaux, in the house of miller our mill of the 18th century, this cottage of 140 sqm completely renovated boutique in 2016.

On the ground floor: a large living room (kitchen, dining room, living room) of 45 m², 1 bedroom 15 sqm PMR access and 1 bathroom with toilet PMR.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets

A 4 km from shops, health service, swimming pool and tennis, in a quiet valley, you can relax, go fishing in the reach of our mill or go see the fountains in the midst of our walnut plantation.

Our cottage is ideally located for visits to castles: Chenonceau 4 km, 12 km Amboise, Loches, royal fortress 25 km.

The remains of Leonardo da Vinci at Clos Lucé in Amboise, the Beauval Zoo, one of the first 10 World Zoo.

The International Garden Festival of Chaumont, the gardens of the Château de Villandry, the small village of Chédigny the town pink.

You can go down the expensive canoeing or cruising under the arches of Chenonceau Castle.

The visits to vineyard slopes of the Loire and Cher.
