"La Casa Rosada" is located in Via Alessandro Manzoni 22 in Arbus, in the town center. An ideal starting point to explore the beauty of the Costa Verde, an untouched area in the southwest of Sardinia. The house, of 120 sqm., Is renovated and furnished in a minimalist and modern style, has two floors and a large terrace with two gazebos, table and chairs. The ground floor has an entrance hall, kitchen with fireplace, large living room with TV and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. First floor: hallway and two bedrooms. Presence of 3 air conditioners: one at the entrance of the house and the other two in the two double bedrooms on the first floor. Top floor: terrace with two gazebos, one for lunch and one for dinner area lounge relaxation area. Wi fi in your house (1 GByte per week, non-rechargeable). IMPORTANT: DO NOT IS PROVIDED sheets and towels but can be possibly required to pay when booking. -------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------- INSTRUCTIONS wI fI to access the wi fi Casa Rosada turn on the modem there next to the TV. Wait a few minutes and then try wifi in your pc / phone. “Semplicemente fantastica”
Casa bellissima dotata di ogni confort. Situata in punto dal quale si accede comodamente in ogni spiaggia. Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi. Sicuramente una meta da rifare in futuro.
