Quintinha no Alto Minho (2ª habitação de família do Porto), casa rústica com horta e árvores de fruto, lago de peixes e jardim circundante, isolado, a poente: 30Kms de Braga, 10Kms Ponte da Barca, 1h de carro do Porto, 40mn. carro Viana e praias (Moledo, V.P. Ancora). Total privacidade no alto de montanha, silêncio total perturbado só pelos pássaros, Natureza 360º, vistas deslumbrantes, área "oculta" de jardim, terreno amplo com portão e rua local a 120mt da casa. Para (3) casais amigos, famílias grandes (crianças) ou par romântico (eleição!). Restaurantes e supermercados a 10mn de carro, minimercado a 2kms com pão fresco diário e caseiro! Churrasqueira, ginásio com máq. musculação, sunbeds, piscina (10x5) com escadas e zona baixa para crianças; varandas (uma para solário na suite do topo). Aquecimento central, lareira, vidros duplos nas janelas, todo o conforto e modernidade, TV satélite (diária no Verão, fds no Inverno). Temperaturas: 30º/36ºC no Verão, 0ºC Janeiro (às vezes com neve). Piscina: 26º/28º no Verão, manutenção no Inverno. Banho Turco/Vapor (45ºC) só no Inverno. Cozinha totalmente equipada. Dois pisos, escada interior em madeira. Internet sob pedido e disponível em penstick (10Eur/semana). Lugar de Sernadas, Freguesia de Covas, concelho de Vila Verde (a 20mn carro) mas perto de Ponte da Barca (10mn)/Arcos de Valdevez (15mn). Golfe de Ponte de Lima a 30mn de carro por via rápida sem pagar. Boa comida e vinhos minhotos: Rojões, carnes na brasa, Arroz de sarrabulho, Vinhos Verdes e Alvarinho, mas também diárias ao almoço a 5 euros nos cafés locais. E um proprietário sempre disponível, em quatro idiomas e algum alemão de base. Para surpreender e criar amigos.
