Bea residence, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant holiday. Located on the second floor of a three-family villa, offers a living room with kitchenette, 1 double, 1 bedroom with two single beds.
Bathroom with shower. E 'it equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine, microwave. The terrace is a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Bea The residence is located in a strategic area for the achievement of various seaside towns of Villasimius, with the enchanting marine park of Capo Carbonara, the beautiful beaches of Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Solanas and many others. Also in just 5 minutes from the tourist port of Marina di Capitana, where you can rent sailboats and motor boats or book day boat trips along the coast between Cagliari and Villasimius, finally for scuba excursions lovers there is a Diving which it offers different types of diving courses ranging from recreational diving and nature to those on the wrecks.
For golf lovers there is, only 700mt, the Golf "Sa Tanca Club" and for the enjoyment of small and large only 6 km you can have fun in the water park "Diverland".
Finally to be able to taste the culinary specialties of Sardinia, they are present in the surroundings, the farm and typical restaurants.
