Villa très confortable pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants.
Air conditionné partout.
Quartier résidentiel sympathique, facilement accessible par bus ou train, à 2 km du centre ville et aussi des plages.
3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 1 salle de douche, 3 toilettes, séjour, terrasse.

The villa is very well located, next to the center town but in a quiet residential area.
In my opinion it is best to be able to take a rest in a peaceful garden after spending a whole day on the beach or visiting or shopping.
And there is also the possibility to enjoy yourselves with table tennis !
However don't be afraid, there are a few shops nearby,( only 5 minutes' walk!) where you can drop and buy your morning bread and croissants, newspapers, and all you need!
There are also large commercial centers 2 kms away.
The garden is rather small but very pleasant.
I am sure you will love taking a nap or reading on the terrasse.
And of course you will enjoy having breakfast or dinner on the large wooden table near the barbecue.

La villa est idéalement située: proche du centre ville mais au calme. Il vaut mieux, à mon avis, se reposer après une journée de plage ou de visites loin de l'agitation touristique.
Il y a des magasins de proximité où vous pourrez vous rendre, en 5mn à pied, pour aller acheter votre pain et croissants le matin, vos journaux et aussi vos autres denrées alimentaires.
Les supermarchés sont aussi à moins de 2km, ainsi que l'accès à l'autoroute.
La villa est très ouverte sur la nature, et on peut même apercevoir la mer qui est très proche à vol d'oiseau. Le port d'Antibes et les remparts réalisés par Vauban sont à 2km facilement réalisables à pied si vous aimez marcher.
Vous pourrez aller flâner dans la vieille ville et aller prendre votre café du matin près du marché très pittoresque.
Ou alors paresser sur la terrasse à l'heure du petit déjeuner est aussi très agréable!
Le jardin n'est pas très grand, on est quand même près du centre, mais il est complanté d'oliviers et de mandarinier, de citronniers, de lauriers roses et autres plantes.
Le barbecue sur !a terrasse sera très pratique pour vos repas.
Une table ping pong fera le régal des jeunes et des adultes !
Vous pouvez garer 2 voitures dans l'enceinte du terrain.
C'est un quartier de petites et grandes villas où les voisins sont très serviables.
La villa a 4 chambres disponibles pour vous, une cuisine bien aménagée et surtout bien équipée, ouverte sur le séjour qui se prolonge par une véranda donnant sur la terrasse.
Il y a aussi un petit salon télévision.
Une des chambre possède aussi une TV.
Au rez de chaussée se trouvent 2 chambres: une avec un lit 160cm de large avec un matelas neuf à mémoire de forme,
l'autre est une chambre d'enfant avec un lit 90cm de large et un lit tiroir de la même dimension qui peut être utile pour un enfant.
Il y a aussi une salle de bains avec WC, aussi des toilettes individuelles.
A l'étage se trouve 2 chambres:
La plus grande a un lit double 160cm, électrique et avec surmatelas à mémoire de forme, neufs également.
Cette chambre possède sa salle de douche privative avec des toilettes.
La deuxième chambre a un lit 140cm.
Les 2 chambres du haut ont chacune 2 fenêtres.
Toute la maison d'ailleurs est très lumineuse!
Vous pourrez manger nombreux sur la table à rallonges de la terrasse, à l'ombre ou au soleil. L'été on ra rajoute un grand parasol...
Mes voisins, très sympathiques, pourront les aider si je ne suis pas là.
