Arrive and relax at Woodpeckers Cottage Experience (Silpho). Enjoy the homemade luscious lemon cake with a cup of Yorkshire Tea as you take in your surroundings. Enjoy playtime with your dog in the fully fenced 2 acre paddock or take the path that leads you through fields & forests to a quiet valley with a babbling brook. Enjoy the scenic drive to dog friendly beaches, maybe take the picnic rug to sit on the sand. Before bed, wrap up in the snuggle blanket & take your cocoa outside to watch the moon & stars in this ‘Dark Sky Reserve’.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jacqui (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
