Located near Foz, this sunny and renovated apt offers river view.
It's in a privileged area between the center and the beach, in a green area.
Direct bus or tram to downtown, supermarket 5 min. away, free wifi, eqquiped kitchen.
Good for families.
Very comfortable and renovated apartment from the 60s suitable for max. 6 guests, with:
* One double bed in the main bedroom (1,40m x 2,00m)
* One bunk bed in the second bedroom (2x 0,90m x 1,90m)
* One sofa-bed for two guests in the living room
* Fully equipped kitchen with: toaster, coffee machine, dish-washer, large fridge with freezer, stove, oven, kettle and microwave.
* Laundry area with washing machine, hanger and iron.
* Eating area: in the kitchen (with 3 chairs) and in the living room (with 6 chairs)
* Free wireless internet
* LCD TV with cable television with national and international channels (in the living room and in the kitchen)
* Two Bathrooms (one with bathtub)

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated in a very calm area and despite the relaxing atmosphere inside the apartment you are very close to the modern city centre and the old historical town, as well as the Douro riverfront and the sea in Foz.
It's located in the green area of Pasteleira. At a walking distance you can reach the riverfront, the sea, the tram or bus, that takes you directly to downtown.
From here you can easily reach:
* supermarket at 5 min. walking distance
* tram/bus/touristic bus stop at 350 meters/4 min. walking distance direct to Ribeira area
* river Douro at 400 meters
* beach/sea at 2 km away from here (ideal for swimming, lying on the sun, esplanades, surfing, walking, …)
* bike lane 1 minute away (along all the green area and river/sea marginal)
* river cross 5 min. distance (every 15 minutes, you have a boat that brings you to Afurada, the typical fisherman's village and from there you can go to the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia)
* two swimming pools 500 and 650 meters away
* big shopping center - Norteshopping (with famous and good brands) at 10 min. distance by car or bus (direct)
* Porto airport at 14 km away (you have the combination metro+bus from there to our apartment or we can provide you a direct transfer)
If you come by car, you also easily reach the apartment. Ask us for more details.
Getting around:
You can park your car outside, as there are always a lot of parking spaces and it's free to park.
Transfer to or from the airport (one way) is also possible on request for 25€ (at any time).
