è situato tra le colline che circondano Terni , al centro di un grande giardino con uliveto completamenti recintati, l’ideale per regalarsi una piacevole vacanza all’insegna del relax e del confort a contatto con la natura, i dintorni sono perfetti per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta.
Villa Maria ha una posizione ottimale per poter raggiungere in breve tempo le zone di interesse artistico e paesaggistico più importanti come la famosa Cascata delle Marmore, il lago di Piediluco, La vallerina, San Gemini, il sito archeologico di carsulae e narni, la vicinanza al raccordo Terni-Orte permette di raggiungere in breve tempo Perugia, Spoleto, Norcia, Todi, Spello, Orvieto ecc. Roma è a solo 90 km.
