Situé au calme vue sur cour et les toits dans le quartier des Antiquaire et du Port.

Cet appartement entièrement rénové avec des prestations de qualités, climatisé, propose une surface de 31m2.

Il est composée de 2 pièces, dont une chambre avec sa salle de douche, d'un séjour avec cuisine et d'un Wc séparé.

Un balconnet apporte luminosité dans le séjour.

Si besoin, la pièce de vie peut devenir une chambre supplémentaire avec un double couchage (140x190) proposé en fonction de lit tiroir. (c'est un vrai lit !)

Entre le bassin du Port et du Vieux Nice, à 10 minutes de la plage, 5 de la place Garibaldi et du quartier festif de la rue Bonaparte, avec son accès au Tramway lignes 1 et 2 en direct pour l'aéroport ou la gare des trains, vous profiterez de la vie à la Niçoise.

De nombreux commerces sont présents à proximité de l'appartement pour faire vos achats.

How do damage deposits work?
