Capacity 1-5 Persons.
Our air-conditioned Premium 1-bedroom Studio 9 with Rooftop-Terrace with its 93m2 + 25,50m2 (with sunroof!) facing east- south - west is most probably the best apartment in the neighbourhood.
When entering Studio 9 by walking below the original roof-structure you will just have to admit that you are one of the lucky ones` and could live here forever.
The 1-bedroom is perfect for a couple, friends or a family. The blue bedroom with its master bed faces Market Mercado da Ribeira to the south. In a hidden cosy corner of the living area we prepare a queen-sized bed or up to 3 individual beds which can be hidden behind a paravent. On the big blue sofa, we may even prepare another single bed if requested.
There is the fully equipped kitchen with an island. A dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee brewer, induction stove and all other appliances you are used from home. Behind that the best Rooftop Terrace in town facing west towards sunset.
Relax on the 2 swing-chairs on the terrace, make a barbecue and breathe the fresh air from all the green plants here.
All linen and towels are provided.
