Au cœur du village viticole de Noyers-sur-Cher, ce charmant logement de 60 m2 entièrement rénové est situé au premier étage d’une demeure familiale de caractère en pierres de tuffeau. Ses attraits authentiques dont son sous-plafond cathédrale vous apporteront calme et confort avec vue sur un terrain clos et arboré de 2000 m2.
Ce gîte indépendant est idéalement situé à proximité des commerces du bourg, à moins de 5 km du Zoo de Beauval et proche des Châteaux de la Loire.
Accessible de l’extérieur par un escalier, ce gîte accueille jusqu’ à 5 personnes vous offre tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter au mieux d’un séjour entre amis ou en famille.
La grande chambre double avec un lit 160 x 200 à baldaquin et un lit une personne 90 x 190 en mezzanine bénéficie d’une salle de bain en suite. Un canapé double 140 x 190 est situé dans le salon/salle à manger et le coin cuisine aménagée vous permettra de mettre les petits plats dans les grands !
Profitez du barbecue, des chaises longues et du grand air dans ce cadre verdoyant.
Parking et Jardin privatif avec jeux pour enfants à l'intérieur de la propriété.
