Description

Lou's Place is a 2-bedroom ground-floor bungalow situated on a secure complex with gated access. It has a spacious living area with air-con/heating and also the whole property has the added benefit of infrared wall heating panels for the winter months. The house is equipped to a high standard including smart TV & X box along with a selection of Xbox games & DVDs. 50mb fibre internet is installed and IPTV TV with full sky package including sky sports and Sky movies. IPTV also comes with a full movie package, box sets and catch up TV. If you require Wi-Fi for personal use, it is available for a small charge of 10€ per stay (month). The Kitchen, which is separate, is fully equipped & leads onto a rear patio area.

There are 2 single beds in each bedroom that can easily be pushed together or separated if needed along with wardrobes & drawers. Both rooms benefit from ceiling fans, air conditioning and heating and the main bedroom is fitted with a safe. There is also a highchair & travel cot available at no extra charge. To the front of the property is a large patio area with a table & seating for 6 and a stone BBQ. The complex benefits from a 20m pool with separate children’s pool. The bungalow is situated in a quiet area but is less than 5 minutes walk from the shops & restaurants. The beach is a 10-min stroll & the nearest golf course is 2 km. Heat/air con is on a meter but is still provided free of charge up to the value of €20 per week. We feel that €20 per week should be more than sufficient but more credit can be purchased if needed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A 60€ CLEANING FEE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL.

Getting around

Bus's and taxis are available nearby if you fancy venturing further afield. Also, there are two companies which operate day trips if you would like to get out and about and see more of Murcia or would like to enjoy one of the waterparks (ask for details).

Price includes meet & greet and a welcome pack. All bedding, towels and beach towels are provided. Each bathroom has a supply of shampoo and shower gel and all wardrobes have coat hangers. Los Alcazares has been awarded 4 EC blue flags for its beaches. Most of the narrow streets lead directly to the 7 km of sandy shore. The nearest shops & restaurants are in the plaza, which is just a 5-min walk. Los Alcazares has a wonderful feel about it and with its all year round climate, it has something for every season. The town's market days are Tues & Sat. Festivals are an all-year-round occurrence in the area. Los Alcazares festivals are held at Easter, the 2nd week in August and the middle of October.

The apartment is well equipped and close to the beach and shops. We were picked up and showed around by Sandra who was a fantastic host. She was always there when we had any questions. We are happy to hear you found the apartment to your liking and can understand your concerns that the sound of lots of families might travel around the block at busy times but can assure you that each year when we are there in the height of summer there have been no issues. Thanks for alerting us that you had a problem with the gate key to the car park because until guests let us know about these things we are totally oblivious. It has now been looked into and is working fine but if you had contact the management team they would have sorted it out for you straight away making your stay a bit easier. Not sure which route you took to the beach because it’s a 10 minute stroll but hopefully you found it a pleasant and easy walk because the area is so flat. We look forward to welcoming you back.

“Brilliant apartment in an excellent location”

We have just returned from a lovely weeks holiday in Los Alcazares. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped and ideally situated on a quiet complex. The location is perfect just 5 mins from the square which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Only 10 mins from the beach which is ideal for children. Overall a great place to stay!
