“Miss”
There were four of us renting the apartment in Faro, Portugal. It was a lovely three bedroom apartment (one en suit). Two rooms had double bed and one had a single bed with pull out single underneath. We didn't cook when we were there but we did use the dishwasher and washing machine. It was great having the enclosed balcony on either side of the apartment as the clothes dried very quickly. It was also excellent to have WiFi in the apartment. There is a supermarket 2 min walk away or a Lidl about 7 min walk away. Since the hospital is close by there are bus stops around the corner from the apartment. We, however, always walked to and from the apartment. At a leisurely pace it would take a maximum of 20 min to get to the cafes and bus/train station from the apartment. The transport is very easy to use but it does not run late into the evening. (For some return journeys from neighbouring towns the last bus could be as early as 1730 or 1930). It was very easy to get to the apartment from the airport. Just get the number 16 bus from the second bus shelter outside the terminal (2.25 Euros one way) and it will take you directly to the bus terminal in Faro. From there, using Google maps it is easy to walk to the apartment. Nathalia was lovely and met us at the apartment with the key and was very happy for us to contact her if there was any need to.
