Description

Its name becomes from:

the name of the peaceful street where has been built,

all the "Art" pieces which decorate it & "Home",

because it isn't only a "house", but a full of hospitality, shelter.

It is well taste decorated by handmade Art pieces by the greek artist, Kiki Perivolari. At the 1rst floor there is a large living room, dining room, an full equipped kitchen & WC. At this level, you can enjoy dinner, near the small, beautiful garden or watch TV, or if you know to play music, enjoy the sound of piano or other musical instruments which exist to entertain quests.

From the ground floor to the upper level, there is a lift & a staircase, driving to the 2 airconditioned bedrooms (double beds) & their bathrooms. At the 4 floor there is another Living Room, a bathroom & a kitchen kitchen, frige, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, etc for taking breakfast outside in blue sky terrace full of plants or having your sunbathing or relaxing after a hard ...walking day !

The apartment is 100m away from the Gazi area, where there is the Technopolis cultural multiplex, and artists' areas, small clubs, bars and restaurants.

It is also 200m away from the bus station (Kerameikos) from where you can take a bus to the south or northern suburbs & also to El.Venizelos airport, where easily you can also come from.

This place is amazing! Four floors, elevator, dining terrace...its not an apartment its a whole building. Kiki and Christos run the place and they are super nice, their art studio is a block away if y… More
