Description

Superior apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 guests. It is centrally located on calle Angeles - a quiet pedestrian street in the very heart of Seville, just 1 minute walk from the Cathedral.

The interiors are of exceptional quality and finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style. There is central air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing and under-floor heating. Free WIFI internet access.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. A large window faces the interior building courtyard. The adjacent dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking and washing. Appliances include an oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.

A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x190cm) placed together and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bathroom has bathtub with an overhead shower, and is next to bedroom 2.

The apartment is on the first floor of a contemporary residential building built in 2016, with elevator. Despite its central location next to the Cathedral, it is extremely quiet - without exterior noises.
