Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private parking. Located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 5 guests.

All rooms have french windows facing the courtyard of the house - making it a quiet place to stay. Other features include central air-conditioning (hot/cold), and free wi-fi internet access.

The living-dining area is furnished with a sofa, a central table and a large screen TV. Dining table and 6 chairs. The separate kitchen, off the entrance hall, is fully equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms for 5 guests. One twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one single bedroom, which also features a work desk.

There are two full bathrooms complete with shower.

The apartment is located on a pedestrian residential area, very quiet. It is not suitable for celebrations and parties. Next to Arrayán street is the Feria food market. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes walking distance.


Daily rate: 12 EUR. Private parking garage, located 25 m from the apartment. Maximum length: 4,60m. Reservation required.

From start to finish this is hands down the best holiday apartment we have ever booked. Excellent communication from UK letting agent and also veoapartments in Sevillle. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who provides a fantastic overview of his immaculate apartment. Located in easy walking distance from all major attractions as well as 20m from brilliant fresh produce and food market, gorgeous bakery and supermarket. The owner is available to answer any questions and is very happy to provide advice and suggestions on things to do. He even offered to book our taxi to the airport upon check out. Apartment is in a quiet complex and has excellent block out blinds. Linen is of highest quality and is changed weekly. Owner provides lovely personalised touches including fresh fruit and cool drinks upon arrival. We hope to return to Seville again soon and will absolutely use this accommodation again. Can not recommend more highly should you be staying in Seville.
