Top-floor apartment with 1-bedroom and private terrace. It is located in the heart of the historic centre on Pajaritos street, just 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 2 adults + 2 children.

The apartment belongs to a "casa palacio" built in the Sevillian Regionalist style, which dates from the beginning of the 20th century. The building has a majestic central patio decorated with ceramic tiles and a colonnade of arches.

The apartment has 60sqm inside + outdoor space. There are 2 main levels.

Level 1: The living room retains its original floor tiles which integrate perfectly with the modern furniture. Comfortable seating includes 2 sofas and an armchair. Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is well-equipped for self-catering. With oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.

Level 2: A corridor leads to the bathroom with washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub, which includes an overhead shower. Beyond is the bedroom with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and TV. There is a sofa-bed in the living room, which completes the apartment capacity for 2 adults + 2 children.

Roof terrace: An iron stairway leads to the rooftop terrace, from the second floor. Terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a parasol. There is also a small fridge, a TV antenna connector and an outdoor shower.

Other features: central air-conditioning (cold / hot), ceiling ventilators, TV and DVD player.
